Profile of Planning Division

Based on the President’s ideals on managing the University, the Planning Division is dedicated to building consensus to formulate the vision, objectives of the University, assisting in establishing the University-level medium-term development plan directions. In terms of growing the University’s R&D efforts and characteristics, the Planning Division helps the faculties and students of the University to apply the R&D projects, develop the subsidy and incentive mechanisms and strategies to encourage the improvement and development of academic research energy of faculties and students, promote research ethics education, thereby strengthening their research literacy.  

Business Contents:

1. In charge of the formulation and compilation of the medium-term development plan of the University.
2. In charge of the evaluation, analysis and summary of the school affairs development needs.
3. In charge of the academic research plans, etc.
4. Promote the University to encourage faculties and students to conduct research and paper reward.
5. In charge of the review of research ethics of the project.
6. Other R&D matters related to the University affairs.
